Return Policy: You may return your order. Follow the below instructions:

1. Order may be returned within 10 days from the date you've received
2. The goods must be in new condition, in manufacturer's packaging.
   Please do not tape anything to packaging.
3. Customer pays all shipping charges on the returned items*.
4. Contact us first to get the Return Authorization Number (RA#) and indicate a reason for the return.
5. Items must be shipped with an insured carrier. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Pack in a box the items you want to return. Make sure the package includes the follow:
   Your full name
   Your phone number
   The RA Number.

Once the return package(s) received at our facilities and inspected for compliance with the above condition, a proper credit will be posted back into your credit card account.

*Please note: The free shipping was part of your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your total.
